• Please take particular note of the following:
• Tickets are open dated and valid for visit only between 01/08/2026 until 30/09/2026
• Each child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Child category tickets are not bookable online but will be available at the counter and are free of charge.
• Download our free app so you can fully explore our artworks and navigate the museum. The app is available in English, French, Arabic, German, Russian, Mandarin and Hindi. Don’t forget your headphones.
• Galleries and exhibitions close at 6.30pm on weekdays and 8.30pm from Friday – Sunday
• Museum Café closes at 8pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends from Friday-Sunday.
• Aptitude Café closes at 10pm daily.
• Dome remains open until midnight, last entry is at 11pm.
• Museum is closed on Monday.

• Museum Visitor Guidelines:
• 1. Security Screening
• All visitors and belongings are screened before entry.
• Remove metallic items, jackets, belts, etc. for X-ray scanning.
• Large bags (over 55 x 38 x 20 cm) are not allowed and must be stored in the cloakroom or off-site.
• Wheelchairs, strollers, and medical devices are also screened.
• Random additional checks may occur.
• 2. Prohibited Items
• Weapons, hazardous materials, alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
• Large bags, luggage, sporting equipment, drones, scooters, etc.
• Food, drinks, liquids (including bottled water inside galleries)
• Confetti, balloons, paint, laser pointers, and loud/noisy devices
• Animals (except certified service dogs)
• 3. Inside Galleries
• No food, drinks, gum, large bags, or luggage
• No pens, paints, or liquids
• No tripods, selfie sticks, flash, or professional photography without approval
• Baby feeding only in designated areas
• 4. Prohibited Activities
• No smoking (except in designated areas)
• No running, climbing, loud behaviour, or touching artworks
• Keep at least one arm’s length from artworks
• No eating, drinking, or sitting on floors/barriers in galleries
• Do not leave belongings unattended
• 5. Children
• Must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times
• 6. Security & Compliance
• Follow all instructions from security staff
• Prohibited items will be held and returned upon exit with ID
• Illegal items will be reported to the police
• Failure to comply may result in denied entry

Tickets are open dated and valid for visit only between 01/06/2025 until 30/09/2025 Both printed and mobile vouchers are accepted.
