• All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Important - from 13 Mar, welcomes visitors from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM on weekdays, and from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM on weekends.
• Guests are kindly advised to plan their visit accordingly to make the most of their experience. Last entry 1 hour before closing time.
• Museum Visitor Guidelines:
• 1. Security Screening
• All visitors and belongings are screened before entry.
• Remove metallic items, jackets, belts, etc., for X-ray scanning.
• Large bags (over 55 x 38 x 20 cm) are not allowed and must be stored in the cloakroom or off-site.
• Wheelchairs, strollers, and medical devices are also screened.
• Random additional checks may occur.
• 2. Prohibited Items
• Weapons, hazardous materials, alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
• Large bags, luggage, sporting equipment, drones, scooters, etc.
• Food, drinks, liquids (including bottled water inside galleries)
• Confetti, balloons, paint, laser pointers, and loud/noisy devices
• Animals (except certified service dogs)
• 3. Inside Galleries
• No food, drinks, gum, large bags, or luggage
• No pens, paints, or liquids
• No tripods, selfie sticks, flash, or professional photography without approval
• Baby feeding only in designated areas
• 4. Prohibited Activities
• No smoking (except in designated areas)
• No running, climbing, loud behaviour, or touching artworks
• Keep at least one arm’s length from artworks
• No eating, drinking, or sitting on floors/barriers in galleries
• Do not leave belongings unattended
• 5. Children
• Must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times
• 6. Security & Compliance
• Follow all instructions from security staff
• Prohibited items will be held and returned upon exit with ID
• Illegal items will be reported to the police
• Failure to comply may result in denied entry

Dress code: All visitors are kindly requested to wear attire that covers shoulders and knees, and is respectful of the cultural values and customs of the United Arab Emirates. Cloakroom: The cloakroom will provide storage lockers for visitors' hand luggage, handbags, and objects during their visit to the museum.
