• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable

• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.

The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
