Admission tickets must be collected and exchanged at the At the Top Main Counter before entering the attractions.
Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Guests arriving after their scheduled Burj Khalifa entry time may experience delayed access, subject to venue capacity and operational requirements.

Outdoor terraces at At the Top, Burj Khalifa will be unavailable on 31 December.
Burj Khalifa will operate with limited entry slots from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Due to New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures and restricted access to Dubai Mall may be implemented from 2:00 PM onwards.
Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and plan their transportation in advance.
