• Customers must approach the At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any of the Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• KidZania is aimed at 2-16-year-olds.
• Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be left unattended during the entire visit.
• Adults are restricted in certain areas where activities take place, but there is a parent's lounge where adults can relax while their child is doing the activities.
