• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking. At the Top (Levels 124/125) – Silver operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last entry at 7:00 PM. • Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. • A single QR code is issued for the complete booking, regardless of the number of guests. Please present this voucher at the counter, where it must be exchanged for entry tickets prior to admission. • Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets or vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. • Ticket validity is limited to general admission access to At the Top, Levels 124 and 125 only. • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked timeslot to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Delays may occasionally be experienced during peak periods. • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. • Please check the booking calendar for the latest Peak and Non-Peak hours, as operating times may vary by season. • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. During peak seasons and busy periods, the total visit duration may be longer due to increased guest volumes and waiting times. • Souvenir Collection: - The physical admission ticket must be presented and scanned at the retail counter (Ground Floor) to collect the souvenir. - Souvenir redemption must be completed on the same day as the attraction visit. - Souvenirs cannot be exchanged, combined, substituted, or redeemed against any other retail merchandise or product. - Unused souvenir entitlements have no cash value and cannot be refunded. • Operating hours, attraction schedules, entry procedures, and guest access are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the supplier's control. In the event of any changes, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests in advance. • During severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for guest safety. No refunds or compensation will be provided for closures or disruptions resulting from adverse weather conditions. • Important 31 December Notice: Access to all outdoor terraces at Burj Khalifa will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Due to New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures may be enforced by local authorities and access to Dubai Mall may be restricted from 02:00 PM onwards. Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and allow additional travel time. • Note to B2B Agents: Availability is provided up to 6 months in advance, subject to availability.
