• At the Top, Burj Khalifa and Sky Views Observatory are located at two separate venues in Downtown Dubai.
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking.

• This combo ticket includes admission to both attractions. Both attractions must be visited on the same day. At the Top, Burj Khalifa must be visited at the scheduled time indicated on the ticket, while Sky Views Observatory may be visited during its operating hours on the same day.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
• Once exchanged, tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked timeslot to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods.

• SKY VIEWS OBSERVATORY
• Sky Views Observatory is located at Address Sky View, Tower 1, and is separate from At the Top, Burj Khalifa. Guests are responsible for making their own way between the two attractions.
• Admission includes access to Sky Views Observatory. Glass Slide and Edge Walk experiences are not included unless otherwise specified and may be purchased separately at the attraction, subject to availability.
• The estimated duration of the Sky Views Observatory experience is approximately 35 to 60 minutes. 
• Guests are required to wear comfortable and modest clothing. Flip-flops, loose footwear, and clothing that may affect participation in attraction experiences are not recommended.
• Guests should notify Sky Views staff of any disability, physical limitation, pregnancy, or pre-existing medical condition that may affect their ability to safely participate in any optional attraction experiences.
• Directions: Sky Views Observatory can be accessed through Address Sky View, Tower 1, via the entrance next to the residents' entrance. The attraction is conveniently connected to Dubai Mall, Dubai Metro, and the public walkway system.
• Operating hours, attraction schedules, and access procedures are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the supplier's control.
