• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

• The ticket holder will be issued a wristband, which must be worn at all times during the visit to Ain Dubai.
• This wristband provides access to the Sea View Lounge and authorizes the consumption of food and/or beverages included with your ticket.
• Ain Dubai will not replace or compensate for any lost, stolen, or tampered wristband.
• This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter. The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, whether before or after its expiry.
• Holders of a child ticket (between 3 and 12 years of age) will be required to present a valid identity document as proof of age at the Ain Dubai entrance; otherwise, entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed, and the ticket will NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances.
• Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age or older) during their visit to Ain Dubai. The visit will be at the risk of the accompanying adult and/or guardian.
• Tickets that include alcoholic beverages can only be consumed by individuals aged 21 or older. Proof of age may be requested at any time.

*Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth experience. *Under certain weather condition such as sandstorm, rain, heavy wind or if there is a technical malfunction, Ain Dubai will not be operated. In the event that the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for a full day, then you will be eligible to receive a full refund. In the event the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for part of a day, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your ride.
