• Tickets are NON-Refundable once issued. However, tickets will be ‘Open Dated‘ & valid for entry on any date until 26th May 2026.

• 1. Some rides are restricted for children under 1.1 metres tall. Ride instructions are positioned alongside the rides for guests' safety and enjoyment.
• 2. Infants and toddlers must wear life jackets and have parents' supervision at all times.
• 3. Babies and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers at all times.
• 4. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or older.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
• Please note that Wild Wadi will be conducting its essential annual maintenance from 05th January to 13th February 2026 and will reopen to the public on Saturday, 14th February 2026.

Appropriate swimwear MUST be worn at all times, regardless of age. Fully body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are acceptable on all rides. Management reserves the right to determine whether or not swimwear is appropriate. Wild Wadi accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal items. Guests are not allowed to take pictures of any guests except their own friends or family members.
