Operating hours: May 10 – 31: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with departures approximately every 20 minutes • Offer applicable to the Adult Category only. Purchase one full-price Adult Ticket and bring a friend (Aged 12-65) to enjoy the experience with you. • Timings may change depending on season, weather conditions, or public holidays. Any closures or updates will be communicated in advance via official channels and the website. • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for registration and safety briefing. Late arrivals may miss their slot and be placed on standby for the next available time. • The full experience lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, including check-in, briefing, gearing up, and preparation, while the zipline ride itself lasts around one minute. • Guests must present a valid passport copy, and the booking name must match the passport exactly. • Age requirement is 12–65 years. Guests under 18 require parental consent, and those aged 12–16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. • Height and weight requirements apply: participants must be over 130 cm tall and weigh between 45 kg and 100 kg. • This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions, and all participants must be in good health. • Closed shoes and comfortable clothing are required. No skirts, dresses, flip-flops, loose footwear, or large accessories are allowed. Long hair must be tied back. • Mobile phones are not permitted during the zipline experience. • The meeting point is at Dubai Marina Mall, XLine booth on Level P. Guests can arrive by metro (Marina Mall Station), taxi, or car with available parking at the mall. No shuttle service is provided. • Photos and videos are included in the package. They are collected on-site and emailed within 48 hours to the provided email address. • Rebooking is only permitted if the ride is cancelled due to weather conditions. • Refunds are only issued if the experience is cancelled due to operational reasons or indefinite closure beyond control of the operator.
