Slots are based on age category, kindly provide age while booking. 2. Please arrive 60 minutes before your booked Ski/Snowboard lesson or Penguin Encounter time slot. 3. Please note that same-day modifications for the Penguin Encounter are subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of AED 50 per ticket will be applicable. 4. Make sure to have a valid ID card with you. Entrance is only possible with a valid identification card or passport. 5. Kindly note a refundable deposit of AED 25 per guest will be collected for the Access Card at the Ski Dubai admissions counter. 6. For safety reasons, children under two years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai. 7. Guests under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult (16 years or above). 8. Please note that all customers must sign at the counter a mandatory Health and Safety waiver form, from Dubai Municipality; and that only by signing this waiver they shall be accepted to have the experience, otherwise the usual cancellation policy applies without any refund exceptions. 9. Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only (skill level 2+) 10. Guests should meet the minimum skills requirements to use the slope: stopping safely, speed control, link turns, and ability to use the lifts. 11. Skiing and snowboarding are extreme sports involving an element of risk. Guests are responsible for their participation; Ski Dubai takes no responsibility for personal injury or injury of others.
