• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking. At the Top (Levels 124/125) – Silver operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last entry at 7:00 PM. • Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top Main Counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. • A single QR code is issued for the entire booking, regardless of the number of guests. This voucher must be presented at the At the Top Main Counter and exchanged for entry tickets prior to admission. • Once tickets have been collected, guests must proceed to the attraction and present their exchanged tickets upon entry. Lost, damaged, stolen, or misplaced tickets/vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked time to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Occasional delays may be experienced during peak seasons. • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. A parental consent form may be required where applicable. • Children under the age of 3 enter free of charge. • No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the attraction. • Large bags, baby strollers, laptops, tablets, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), sharp objects, skate shoes, and any footwear with wheels are not permitted inside the attraction and must be deposited at the designated luggage/storage counter. • The average time required to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. • Operating hours, attraction schedules, entry procedures, and guest access are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the supplier's control. In the event of any changes, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests in advance. • During severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed to ensure guest safety. No refunds will be provided in the event of closure due to adverse weather conditions. • 15 tickets per time slot are available for both Peak and Non-Peak hours, subject to availability. • Fast Track / Queue Fast Pass provides priority access only and does not guarantee immediate entry or full skip-the-line access. The experience follows a process similar to At the Top, Burj Khalifa Platinum. • To facilitate Fast Track access, guests booked on this activity will be identified with a White Sticker and will follow the same entry lane as SKY and Lounge visitors, subject to operational requirements. • Important 31 December Notice: Access to all outdoor terraces at Burj Khalifa will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Due to New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures may be enforced by local authorities and access to Dubai Mall may be restricted from 02:00 PM onwards. Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and allow additional travel time. • Important 31 December Notice: Access to all outdoor terraces at Burj Khalifa will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM.
