• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking. Last entry is at 6:00 PM. • Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. • A single QR code is issued for the complete booking, regardless of the number of guests. Please present this voucher at the counter, where it must be exchanged for entry tickets prior to admission. • Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets or vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. • Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booked time to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures.
