Welcome to Andaleeb Travel Agency . By booking any travel service or engaging with our agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or booking.

1. General Information

Andaleeb Travel Agency is a licensed travel and tourism service provider operating in the United Arab Emirates under [insert Department of Economy and Tourism license number 1220280.
We act as an intermediary between customers and various travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

  • Airline ticketing (domestic and international)

  • Hotel reservations

  • Holiday and tour packages

  • Travel insurance

  • Transportation and transfers

Each booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier (airlines, hotels, etc.), which may vary from one provider to another.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings will only be confirmed after full or partial payment as advised.

  • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

  • The agency reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings without notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or signed form).

  • Each service provider (airline, hotel, etc.) has its own cancellation and refund rules.

  • Agency service fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after receiving the refund from the supplier.

  • Refund processing may take 15–45 working days, depending on the supplier and payment method.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused portions, or partially utilized services.

    5. Changes and Amendments

  • Any change to a booking (e.g., travel date, name, route, accommodation) is subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable charges.

  • Airlines may impose penalties for flight date or name changes.

  • The agency is not responsible for schedule changes, flight delays, or cancellations made by the airline.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of belongings.
The agency is not responsible for losses not covered by insurance.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Andaleeb Travel Agency acts only as an agent for suppliers.

  • We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transport companies and therefore are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.

  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid to the agency.

  • The agency is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, political instability, or force majeure events.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
Your personal information will be used only for processing bookings and travel arrangements and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaint must be raised to our office within 7 days of travel completion.

  • If the issue is not resolved, customers may escalate the matter to the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in the UAE.

  • All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • The courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

10. Amendments to Terms

Andaleeb Travel Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or in our office.
