Welcome to Andaleeb Travel Agency. By booking any travel service or engaging with our agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or booking.

1. General Information

Andaleeb Travel Agency is a licensed travel and tourism service provider operating in the United Arab Emirates under the Department of Economy and Tourism license number 1220280. We act as an intermediary between customers and various travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and tour operators.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Airline ticketing (domestic and international)
• Hotel reservations
• Holiday and tour packages
• Travel insurance
• Transportation and transfers

Each booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier, which may vary from one provider to another.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required payment.
• Payments are accepted via cash, credit or debit cards, or bank transfer.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings without notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or signed form.
• Each supplier has its own cancellation and refund policies.
• Agency service fees are non refundable.
• Refunds will be processed only after receipt from the supplier.
• Refund processing may take 15 to 45 working days depending on the supplier.
• No refunds are provided for no shows, unused portions, or partially used services.

5. Changes and Amendments

Any change to a booking, including travel dates, names, routes, or accommodation, is subject to availability, supplier approval, and applicable charges.

Airlines may impose penalties for flight changes. The agency is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, or cancellations made by airlines.

6. Travel Insurance

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of belongings. The agency is not responsible for losses not covered by insurance.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Andaleeb Travel Agency acts solely as an agent for third party suppliers and does not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transport services.

The agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third party providers. Any liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid to the agency.

The agency is not liable for events beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, political instability, or force majeure events.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and comply with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. Personal information is used only for booking and travel arrangements and is not shared with unauthorized parties.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaint must be submitted within 7 days of travel completion. If unresolved, customers may escalate the matter to the Department of Economy and Tourism in the UAE.

All disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Amendments to Terms

Andaleeb Travel Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or at our office.
