Once guests have enjoyed this feast for the eyes, they can descend to Level 3 to indulge in an unforgettable three-course lunch or dinner experience at the Burj Club, accompanied by magical views of the Burj Lake and Dubai Fountain. • Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking. At the Top (Levels 124/125) – Silver operates from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last entry at 7:00 PM. • Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. • Important: Individual QR codes are generated for each guest. Each guest must present their own unique QR code at the counter to collect their admission ticket(s). • Once exchanged, tickets must be presented upon entry. Lost, damaged, and/or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. • Entry to At the Top is strictly based on the scheduled timeslot indicated on the ticket. • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked timeslot to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Delays may occur during peak periods. • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. Any required parental consent remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult. • Children under the age of 3 years enter free of charge. • No outside food or beverages are permitted. • The following items are prohibited inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa and must be deposited at the designated luggage/storage counter: - Large bags and suitcases - Baby strollers - Laptops and tablets - Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) - Food and beverages - Sharp or hazardous items - Skate shoes and footwear with wheels • The average visit duration for At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. • Please note that tables at The Burj Club Rooftop are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. • Dining Hours – The Burj Club Rooftop: - Lunch (3-course meal): 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM - Dinner (3-course meal): 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM • Guests must arrive within the applicable dining service window. The last entry time should align with the final seating time for the selected meal period. • The Burj Club Rooftop is accessed via a separate elevator. On-site staff will be available to assist guests with directions and access procedures. • Operating hours, attraction schedules, dining service times, and access procedures are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the supplier's control. In the event of any changes, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests in advance. • During severe weather conditions, attractions may be temporarily closed for the safety of guests. No refunds or compensation will be provided for closures or disruptions resulting from adverse weather conditions. • Note to B2B Agents: Availability is provided up to 6 months in advance, subject to availability. Inventory is updated monthly. • Important 31 December Notice: Access to all outdoor terraces will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM, while Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo will be open from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. Due to anticipated New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures may be enforced by local authorities and access to Dubai Mall may be limited from 02:00 PM onwards. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early and make the necessary travel arrangements in advance.
