IMPORTANT: Guests will ride in a 4-seater CAN-AM buggy, limited to 2 guests per buggy for added comfort and space. The supplier reserves the right to allocate the available CAN-AM buggy based on operational requirements.
Shared pickup and return transfers are operated on a shared basis.
Guests travelling from Dubai City Centre (including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Bur Dubai, Deira, Palm Jumeirah, JBR, and Al Barsha) should allow approximately 1.5 hours of travel each way to the activity location. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and road conditions.
Pickup schedules are seasonal and subject to operational changes. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by the operator prior to your tour.

• The price is per buggy, not per person. Each buggy accommodates 2 guests. Please book the required number of buggies accordingly. •The driver must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver's licence on the day of the tour. •There is no age restriction for passengers. •Shared return transfers are included. •The operator will contact you 24 to 48 hours before the tour to confirm your pickup location and time. •Please provide a valid WhatsApp number and contact number (including country code) to receive pickup updates or any last-minute changes. •Inform your hotel concierge in advance that you have a scheduled desert tour to help facilitate the pickup process. •Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location, traffic conditions, and operational requirements. •Pregnant guests cannot participate in the dune bashing portion when booked on a shared tour. Guests booked on a private safari may skip the dune bashing and proceed directly to the desert camp. •Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for desert activities. •Please arrive at your designated pickup point on time to avoid delays.
