• Eligibility & Booking Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 guests is required for the balloon flight to operate.
• Minimum age is 5 years; guests over 70 years old are not permitted to fly.
• Guests must be moderately fit and able to enter and exit the balloon basket unassisted.
• Guests must be able to maintain the required landing position during landing.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
• Guests weighing over 119 kg (260 lbs) must purchase an additional seat.
• For the Premium Adventure package, quad bike riders must be at least 16 years old.

• Health & Safety:
• Not recommended for guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, recent major surgery (within 6 months), or a fear of heights.

• Booking & Pre-Flight Requirements:
• A valid passport copy for each passenger, including weight, is required at the time of booking in accordance with GCAA regulations.
• Each guest must carry a valid passport or ID on the day of the flight.
• The waiver form must be completed and signed before the flight.
• Provide your WhatsApp number and an active phone number, including country code, for booking confirmation, updates, and any last-minute changes.

• Pickup & Transfers:
• Pickup details will be shared one day before the tour, usually between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
• Guests must be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Pickup times may vary depending on hotel location and traffic conditions.
• Transfers are operated by 4x4 Land Cruisers with a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle.
• Shared transfers are available within Dubai city limits, excluding Dubai Investment Park, Expo Dubai, Al Maktoum Airport, Palm Jebel Ali, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, and DAMAC Hills 1 & 2.
• Private transfers can be arranged for excluded areas.
• Timings & Operations:
• Tour and pickup timings may vary depending on the season and operational requirements.
• All flights are subject to weather and operational conditions.
• The pilot has final authority to delay, reschedule, or cancel any flight for safety reasons.
• The tour may be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational or safety reasons. Guests will be informed in advance whenever possible.

Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to fly. 2.The waiver form must be filled out and submitted online 24 hours before the flight. Access the form at https://raynawaiver.raynab2b.com/. 3.The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour. 4.The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. 5.Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight. 6.The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location. 7.Children under five years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly. 8.The maximum weight limit is Max 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge. 9.Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly. 10.Minimum age for Quad bike ride is 16 years old. 11.A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided. 12.All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing. The company does not accept responsibility for any adverse health conditions, as guests participate at their own risk. 13.Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate. 14.Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity. 15.Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly prohibited from flying. 16.Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Be sure to avoid high heels and wear comfy shoes or boots instead. 17.This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights. 18.Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines.
