• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booked time are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booked time and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Children under 5 years and adults over 70 years are not permitted to participate.
• The maximum passenger weight is 119kg. Guests exceeding this limit require approval from the pilot and my be subject to an additional charge.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
• All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing.
• This experience is not suitable for guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, recent major surgery (within the past six months), or a fear of heights.
• Guests with physical, emotional, mental health, or mobility-related conditions that may affect participation are not permitted to fly.
• Passengers under influence will not be allowed to participate.
• Large or heavy luggage is not permitted during the activity.
• In the event of a weather-related cancellation, guests will be offered an alternative flight date or a full refund.

•A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy for each passenger is mandatory at the time of booking, in accordance with Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations. •All guests must upload their required documents, sign the waiver and complete online check-in through following link:https://balloonflightswaiver.com/ •A valid WhatsApp number is required to receive pickup details and operational updates. •The exact pickup time will be communicated by the Balloon Flights team between 07:00 PM and 08:30 PM the day before your flight. •Please arrive at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. •Comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. High heels are not permitted. •Balloon flights are weather dependent, and the pilot has the final authority on whether the flight can operate safely. •Sharing transfer is not available from Palm jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport ,Al khawaneej, Al -Aweer , Dubai south , Damac Hills , Sharjah and other emirates. •Private transfers are available from Dubai and other emirates at an additional cost.
