• For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Please note that there is a height restriction. Min Age 12 - Min Height: 1.4 m tall.
• Our team will give a full briefing and safety talk before the start of the experience.
• Please arrive 20 minutes before your booked time so we can get you kitted out and ready to go.
• Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe, flat shoes.
• Bring a water bottle and a hat.
• For every guest under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must complete a waiver on his/her behalf.
• Please expect to pay an entry fee to Mushrif Park of AED3 per person OR AED10 per car that is charged separately by the Dubai Municipality.
• This experience offers up to 3 hours of unlimited fun, so please plan your visit in accordance with the park's opening hours.
