  • Must include applicant’s full name, passport number, nationality, position and salary
  • Must have the name of the authorized signatory, contact information, and job title

  • For applicants whose visa sponsor is not a company (such as domestic workers/husband’s visa/father’s visa, etc.), attach the sponsor’s passport copy along with the letter above
  • Holders of partner visa/golden visa/self-sponsored visa must still present a letter explaining the detailed purpose of the visit
• Original And Latest 3 Months UAE Bank Statement With Bank Stamp(min AED 30,000 depending on the nationality)

• If the appointment opening date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be opened on the next business day.
• Appointment slots for visits scheduled from the 1st to the 15th of each month will be open for appointment starting from the 16th of the previous month, 8:30 am.
  • For example, appointments for visits between Jun 1st and Jun 15th will open at 8:30 am on May 16th
• Appointment slots for visits scheduled from the 16th to the end of each month will be open for appointment starting from the 1st of the respective month, 8:30 am.
  • For example, appointments for visits between June 16th and June 30th will open at 8:30 am on June 1st

• Failure to adhere to the designated appointment process based on the desired visa type may result in the cancellation of the visa reservation.
• When applying for a visa, ensure all required documents(as separately instructed on the Consulate’s official website) are thoroughly prepared, as any deficiencies or omissions may lead to visa application rejection, with all responsibilities falling on the applicant.
• Bookings without exact information will be canceled automatically.

• Document Validity: UAE Company Letter (Within 1 Month) / Bank Statement (Within 2 Weeks) / All Other Documents (Within 3 Months)
• Document Language: Must Be In English/Korean ONLY. If It Is Written In Arabic, Have It Translated First Then Submit Both Documents.
• The Applicant Personally Has To Submit The Application At The Consulate.
