For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. Please note Pick-up time is anytime between 02:30 to 03:30 p.m and it may vary due to Hotel Location This is a shared desert Safari. If you wish to have a private experience, please book for 6 pax to ensure a private car. Pick up can be from your hotel or private residence if exact and clear location is provided and if within Dubai City limits. If you have any dietary requirements please request before the day and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Quad bikes are available next to the camp. This is operated by an external provider & the price is approx AED 150 per person for 30 mins. Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant ladies and children below 3 years, however, we can do a soft drive to the camp directly, then dune bashing with the rest. Kindly let us know if you have an infant below 3 years joining the tour. In case of changes to timings or otherwise, we can reach out to guests directly or hotel to inform of changes.
