For a full refund, cancellation has to be made before 10:00 AM on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Reporting time at 19:30. Cruise starts at 20:00 (2 hours duration). Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before boarding time to avoid missing your trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-shows. Return transfers are optional and available for an additional charge. Transfers are on a sharing basis. Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the supplier at any time. The tour requires a minimum passenger count of 15 guests to operate the cruise.
