For a full refund, cancellations must be made before 10:00am on the day of the cruise. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Vegetarian, child meals, and kosher meals are available upon request while booking. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the boarding time to avoid missing the trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-shows. Transfers are only included for pick-up/ drop-off within most areas of Dubai and on a sharing basis. For other locations (mentioned below), transfers can be booked through a supplement in the price.
