Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season. * Please note minors under 18 years of age require consent from their parents in person. * The weight requirement for the glass slide experience is 30 to 150 kg. * The height requirement for this experience is between 120 – and 200 cm. * Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience. * Participants should wear comfortable clothing and shoes with no sharp metal edges which can damage the glass. * A special rug/mat will be provided for the slide experience and instructions given by the staff must be followed. * Do not touch the glass during the slide journey (slide journey is not included in the ticket and can be purchased separately directly at the counter). * Personal belongings, including cell phones and jewellery must be removed and kept in a pouch. * It is not permitted to slide down on your back or stomach. * Visitors in wheelchairs are welcome although service animals are not allowed. * Keep in mind that attractions like the Edge Walk and Glass Slide are not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. * Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. Directions:: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, the entry point is next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
