• NOTE: On a foggy/hazy day the sunrise may not be clear. • Pick-up will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on a sharing basis with up to 5 people per Land Cruiser from different hotels. The operator will contact you within 24 hours to 48 hours of the tour date to confirm the pick-up location and time. PLEASE NOTE WINTER pickup time effective from 01th October 2024: Pickup from Dubai Hotels in between 04:15 - 04:45 AM • Supplier will coordinate exact timings a few days prior to activity. • Minimum 02 guests required. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to join the tour. • Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. • Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests take adequate precautions. • The Dubai desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. • The duration of the actual tour takes 3.5 – 4 hours but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day. Vegetarian options are available upon request on booking at least 48 hours before the tour. Pregnant ladies cannot be accommodated in the shared option car however if it's Private Safari, they can SKIP the Dune Bashing and proceed straight to the camp If there are any changes in pickup times we will contact you by WhatsApp, phone call, or as a last resort contact the hotel you stay in.
