• This tour is not wheelchair accessible. • Outside any religious sites, guests can wear light summer clothes (suitable for most of the year). Sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses and hats are advised. The United Arab Emirates has a conservative dress tradition. Men and women should ensure that shoulders and knees are covered when in public, especially in souks, shops, and villages. • Once you have confirmed your pick-up location and time, you can only change this up until 24 hours of the scheduled departure time. • The duration of the actual tour is about four hours, but the commute to and from the hotel may take another 30–45 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day. • Adult pricing is applied to all guests. • Departure time (as per guest's request) : - morning tour starts approximately between 7:30am and 8:30am, afternoon tour between 2:30pm and 3:30pm. The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time. • Guest can customise the itinerary according to their wishes and confirm this with their guide. In case entrance fees are required for any attractions, guests will have to pay them directly. • Please note, effective 20/05/2024, tourist vehicles will not be permitted to stop at The Pointe as the complete destination will be closed as a part of the redevelopment of the Palm.
