Important information: • All participants must have a valid signed waiver, which an adult should only sign. (18 years or above). • An adult must accompany the kids below 108 cm all the time. If the adult will be participating an extra charge will be applicable. Payment can be done directly at the venue. • The maximum height restriction for the soft play area is 160cm. • No entry with impairments, injuries, or respiratory issues. • Remove shoes, sharp objects, and wear socks. • Tie up long hair to prevent accidents. • No food, drinks, or gum allowed. • No rough play, running, or pushing. • Avoid changing diapers and clothes inside. • Empty pockets before entry. • Follow activity-specific signs. • Don’t climb on the slides from below. • No climbing on the nets. • Management not responsible for child’s safety or misuse of equipment. • Arrive a minimum of 4 hours before closing to enjoy the full experience.
