Customers must approach At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) and collect their tickets before entering any of the Dubai Mall Emaar Attractions. They can then proceed to the respected attraction and present their printed ticket along with the booking confirmation. KidZania is aimed at 2-16 year olds. Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be left unaccompanied during the entire visit. Adults are restricted in certain areas where activities take place, but there is a parent's lounge where adults can relax while their child is doing the activities.
