Doors open 9:30am @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge. Arrive 15 minutes before chosen tour time. Duration: Approximately 60- 90 minutes. Those aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge, proof of age may be required. UMA Lounge Access: From 11am and minimum spend may apply. Dress Code: Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory. Knee length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed.
