• Doors open 9:30am at Jumeirah Beach Hotel – Inside Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge. Guest should arrive 15 minutes before chosen tour time. • Duration: Approximately 60- 90 minutes. • Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or above. Adult tickets apply to individuals from the age of 13. • Children 0 - 3 years of age can enter for free and will receive a complimentary ticket from the Ticketing Lounge. Proof of age may be required. • UMA Lounge access: From 11:00am and minimum spend may apply. • Dress Code: Respectful clothing (smart/casual attire) is mandatory. Knee length shorts are allowed for males and females although no beachwear, flipflops/slippers are allowed. • No photography is allowed inside the main lobby of Burj Al Arab. • Please respect the privacy and comfort of Burj Al Arab in-house guests whilst in public spaces. • Additional drinks and food are available for purchase, along with a full bar that may require a minimum spend.
