• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required.
• Children UNDER the age of 3 enter for free.
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Large bags and/or strollers must be kept at the dedicated luggage counter.
• Sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter.
• Please check the booking slots for the most current Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary by season.
• The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
• The following items are prohibited to carry inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa: e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels, Laptops, Tablets, Electronic cigarettes etc. and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
• 15 tickets per time slot available for both Peak and Non-Peak Hours
