The all-inclusive package includes accommodation at the Arabian Adventures campsite with a private tent that can accommodate up to two guests. We'll start the adventure with a thrilling dune drive, followed by a camel ride to the beautiful campsite, which can accommodate up to 16 guests. Once you've settled into your deluxe tent, take in the breath-taking views of the desert and watch the sun go down on the horizon as you enjoy some sundowners. The evening concludes with a walking night safari before indulging in a scrumptious BBQ dinner, served under the starry desert sky. • Please note that the pick-up time for your tour will depend on your location, please reconfirm your pick-up location and time, by calling call us at + 971 800 272 2426 or sending us a WhatsApp at +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your booked excursion. Our customer support operational hours are 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time. • Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari. Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time. Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide. • Pregnant ladies or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) should not partake in this experience. • This activity is not wheelchair accessible. • A private car is required if you have children under 135cm in height to fit the correct child seat. Children aged 5 must have a seat but can be booked in a shared vehicle. We will endeavor to accommodate customer preferences when possible. •Transfers are shared, with seating available for six guests and one safari guide. One seat next to the safari guide, three seats in the middle row, and two seats in the back row. Seats are not pre-allocated, and we implement a 'seat rotation' policy. Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan. Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause the least offence.
