No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made five days prior to the experience.

* Air Maniax offers a huge range of activities for all ages from 2 to 65 and everyone is welcome. * Children must be above 94cm to attend unaccompanied. * The adult who accompanies a child for supervision will be charged extra. * 5 year olds and above up to teenagers and adults can enjoy our vast inflatable arena as well as the thrills and excitement of ZipZag, Warrior Assault Interactive, and Lazer Frenzy. *The minimum height for the main Inflatable Arena and Zip Zag is 94cm. The minimum height for Meltdown, Extreme Slide, and Warrior Assault is 107cm. * Socks Must be worn at all times. *Any evidence of tampering with the booking, tickets, or wristbands will result in automatic cancellation of the booking. * Jump time starts every hour, on the hour so please arrive 15 minutes early to book in time and receive the safety briefing. Air Maniax reserves the right to re-sell any time slot where the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the designated start time.
