• The ticket holder will be issued a wristband, which must be worn at all times during the visit to Ain Dubai. • This wristband provides access to the Sea View Lounge and authorizes the consumption of food and/or beverages included with your ticket. • Ain Dubai will not replace or compensate for any lost, stolen, or tampered wristband. • This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter. The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, whether before or after its expiry. • Holders of a child ticket (between 3 and 12 years of age) will be required to present a valid identity document as proof of age at the Ain Dubai entrance; otherwise, entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed, and the ticket will NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances. • Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age or older) during their visit to Ain Dubai.
